Our pre-order system allows you to place orders for items that are not immediately in stock. Once you place an order, we will confirm availability and arrange delivery within 30-35 days.
We currently only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method. This ensures that you only pay when you receive your order.
We aim to deliver your order within 4-7 business days, depending on your location.
We have a customer-friendly return policy. Please check your product in front of the delivery person. If you notice any issues, you can return the item immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or complaints after the delivery person has left.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, which you can use to monitor the status of your delivery.
